Chicken San Chow Bao


300g minced chicken
1 baby cos lettuce (washed and segmented)
1 finely chopped red chilli
1 finely chopped Spanish onion
200ml Steak sauce (Fountain)
Splash of extra virgin olive oil


In a hot pan add the olive oil and chicken mince and cook until sealed
Add the onions, chilli and another splash of olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes
Pour in the sauce bring to a boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes or until a thick consistency is achieved
Serve a couple of spoons at a time in the lettuce leaves.
